Let us present several avant-projects introducing the family model 720-200 and 420-120. At the moment, we believe that the 720-200 family is more promising for the market. This is due to the fact that the market of "double" aircraft has always been many times more than the market of "single" aircraft. And also with more reliable components and their lower cost of operation in the family 720-200.

So PAC VTOL 720-200 is a family of universal aircraft with different characteristics, designed for different markets, but created on the basis of one aircraft. Aircraft 720-200 is a development of ideas which we laid in PAC VTOL 420-120. It's still, and even more of a workhorse. Hybrid versions are supposed to be used with a Rotax engine with a constant speed propeller WoodComp. We plan to lay the margin of safety, which will allow regular flights with take-off weight up to 750 kg! All controls are duplicated, so that the failure of the rudders of the aircraft is able to continue controlled flight. The plane 720-200 as well as 420-120, contains a recovery system. Lifting propellers was not four, but eight, which allows us to continue the flight in case of failure of one propeller group.

Some decisions 720-200 were forced. For example, eight Helix propellers were formed due to the fact that we did not find ready-made propellers on the market with the necessary thrust and efficiency for the four propeller groups. Since we decided to produce a model of a manned LSA aircraft, for its alignment we had to abandon the pushing screw and two beams with vertical tail. The plane became higher, longer, slightly worse aerodynamics, but there was versatility, allowing us to enter different markets at the same time. In addition, we will try to keep the possibility of upgrading the LSA of the aircraft to a manned aircraft with VTOL.


1. In the cargo unmanned execution PAC VTOL720-200 is designed to transport goods to remote areas. It has a vertical take-off and landing mode. Hybrid, which on the route flies on the internal combustion engine, takes off and sits on electricity. As trouble-free coating and improving the legislation will appear in the module (see item 3.) unmanned aerial taxi and manned aircraft with VTOL.

3. Unmanned double air taxi with VTOL. It can be electric (for short distances) or hybrid (with ice). Can be transformed into a manned aircraft with VTOL.

PAC VTOL 420-120 is a modular aircraft with vertical takeoff and landing. First, we plan to release a cargo UAV, then a manned aircraft with VTOL and only after that an air taxi. It is possible that the PAC VTOL 420-120 will be fully electric, and not as we originally planned with a hybrid power plant. This is due to the increased fuel consumption and low life of the two-stroke engine (only 300 hours).
